Today’s boy is the father of tomorrow, in the same way today’s girl is the mother of tomorrow. All children have the same right to develop their potential in all situations and at all time. Children’s rights include the right to health, education, family, life, play and recreation, a satisfactory standard of living and to be protected from abuse. At present Bangladesh Government is playing a significant role satisfying the emergency role for satisfying the emergency basic need of the children. However still there are many children those who are not getting any opportunity from the International, National or any other Local Organization for satisfying their emergency basic needs.
